Term and Conditions of Return of Damaged Product:
- The return is possible only when you receive a defective or wrong Item.
- You have to inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. You can inform through mail at ccare@attriretail.com, and also via WhatsApp at +91-8448960864.
- The Cost of your purchase is not refundable but you can purchase something else with your paid amount.
- The courier cost of return will be borne by the buyer.
- After Receiving the Return we issue a credit Note to you and you can purchase anything else.
- The courier Cost of Sending Replacement is Free.
However, you must understand that we can not bear a loss, So, the exchange of Such products that you did not like will be accepted only if the products are returned in original packaging, intact tags, undamaged, and unused condition. Also, in this case, you need to send back the material to our office address within 7 days of Delivery. In Return for Undamaged Product exchange, the Shipping cost (Rs.100 Per Piece) and Exchange Charges (Rs. 200 Per Piece) will be deducted from your paid money.
Cancellation of Order by The Indian Dress:
The Indian Dress reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded (as per the refund policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.
